We provide breweries on a turnkey basis

Obtainable productivity of beer, including the natural loss in technology process:

      non-filtered beer;

      pasteurized beer.

Heating of mash-brew kettle and hot liquor tank:
      OPTION I (standard) – electric heating (electrical heating elements are placed in stainless steel cylinders);
      OPTION II – natural gas heating (using gas burners);
      OPTION III – steam heating (electric or gas steam generator).

BREW HOUSE
1 pc. – Grinder for malt grinding ROP (600 kg per hour).
1 pc. – CEF-01.blonderbeer. Lauter tun. Gross / Net capacity: 1850 l / 1500 l;
           Stainless steel DIN 1.4301. Double wall tank with thermal insulation;
           Equipped with agitator, which is driven by an electric motor NORD.
1 pc. – CEC-01.blonderbeer. Mash-brew kettle. Gross / Net capacity: 2400 l / 1500 l;
           Stainless steel DIN 1.4301. Double wall tank with thermal insulation;
           Equipped with agitator, which is driven by an electric motor NORD.
1 pc. – CEW-01.blonderbeer. Whirlpool. Gross / Net capacity: 1850 l / 1500 l;
           Stainless steel DIN 1.4301. Double wall tank with thermal insulation.
1 pc. – CEK-01.blonderbeer. Hot liquor tank. Gross / Net capacity: 1500 l/ 1500 l;
           Stainless steel DIN 1.4301. Double wall tank with thermal insulation;
1 pc. – CKF18 (P I). Central control panel of the brewhouse.
           Includes:
           Subsidiary computer control panel with predetermined programs.
           It is possible to memorize to 7 different recipes and brewing technologies.

SN-01 system for monitoring and adjusting the flow of wort, filtration and cooling
          Includes:
          1 pc. – SN-01. Device for visual observation and automatic adjusting of the flow of wort;
          1 pc. – F2. Fine filter;
          1 pc. – pump No1. MC-1 for hot water supplementation from hot liquor tank;
          1 pc. – pump No2. MC-1 for wort pumping;
          1 pc. – pump No3. MC-2 for mixture of wort and grain supplementation;
          1 pc. – pump No4. MC-1 for wort circulation in whirlpool and transfer to the heat exchanger VT-01;
          1 pc. – VT-01. Heat exchanger;
          1 pc. – АЕ-01. Aerator;
          1 set. – valves;
          1 set. – pipeline system of the brewhouse made of stainless steel DIN 1.4301;
          1 set. – laboratory accessories.

FOR MINIBREWERY CONTROL ARE AVAILABLE TWO OPTIONS:
OPTION I.
Minibrewery standard set includes central semi-automatic brewhouse control panel, equipped with digital displays, toggles, switches, alarm lamps and emergency stop switch. Temperature control of the unitanks is carried out via individual control panels with digital displays. Temperature modes are set manually.
OPTION II.
Function 1. Computer control of the brewhouse is based on predetermined programs using digital touchscreen and pneumatic valves. Brew program for each type of beer is pre-programmed and it is enough to put raw materials for brewing (malt and hops) into mash-brew kettle and select particular program on the display for beer type. After that, beer-brewing process is carried automatically without human intervention.
Function 2. Computer temperature adjusting of fermentation unitanks and tanks for storing beer with possible distant control from any place via PC or laptop.

FERMENTATION UNIT
9 pcs. – CCE-01.blonderbeer. Fermentation unitanks (fermentation and maturation in one tank).
             Stainless steel DIN 1.4301. Double wall tank with thermal insulation;
             - separate cooling of the cylindrical and conical part of the unitank;
             - cooling regulation is realized by using the control panel HE18;
             - gross / net capacity: 3640 l / 3000 l;
             - outside diameter: 1800 mm;

2 pcs. – ССE-03.blonderbeer – Service tank (storage of finished beer)

9 pcs. – HE18 individual control panel of cooling temperature of unitanks.
2 pcs. – HE18 individual control panel of cooling temperature of service (storage) tanks.
 1 pc. – BE18 transformer (220-24 V) to the control panels НЕ18.

 1 pc. – Blonderbeer СV-01 – equipment for collection and storage of yeast
             Includes:
             1 pc. – frame-base on 4 wheels;
             1 pc. – vessel for collection and storage of yeast with cooling jacket, capacity: 60 l;
             1 pc. – temperature control panel HE18;

 1 pc. – MC-3 (EBARA CDHm 70/05) pump for transfer beer between tanks.

 1 pc. – MS-01 mobile station for cleaning and disinfection (CIP)
            Includes:
            1 pc. – frame-base on 4 wheels;
            1 pc. – pump MC-3 (EBARA CDHm 70/05);
            1 pc. – vessel with capacity of 80 l for cleaning solution (heated);
            1 pc. – vessel with capacity of 80 l for disinfectant solution;
            1 pc. – patch panel with valves and pipes.
            1 pc. – control panel.

FILTRATION AND FILLING BEER INTO KEG-BARRELS
1 pc. – KGF-1 – diatomite (kieselguhr) filter, filtration area: 2 m2.

1 pc. – KG-02 semi-automatic device for washing and steam disinfection of keg-barrels and for beer filling into keg-barrels
           Capacity: 10-15 keg-barrels per hour
           Includes:
           2 pcs. – washing heads;
           2 pcs. – filling heads for filling of beer into keg-barrels;
            1 pc. – control panel;
            1 pc. – vessel for cleaning solution (heated), capacity 100 l;
            1 pc. – steam generator;
            1 pc. – pump MC-3 (EBARA CDHm 70/05).

BEER PASTEURIZATION AND BOTTLING
1 pc. – beer pasteurizer TA-01 (1000 l per hour);
           pasteurizer is used for beer pasteurization in stream.
1 pc. – MB-01 semi-automatic beer filling and bottling machine in РЕТ or glass bottles;
           capacity 400 bottles per hour.
1 pc. – MB-02 semi-automatic closing machine for capping PET or glass bottles;
           capacity 400 bottles per hour.

COOLING SYSTEM
1 pc. – compressor-condenser unit COPELAND SCROLL;
1 pc. – CGK-01 tank for coolant (gross capacity: 3000 l);
1 pc. – pump №1 MC-2 for supplying coolant to the tanks;
1 pc. – pump №2 MC-4 for supplying coolant to the heat exchanger VT-01;
1 pc. – pump №3 MC-4 for coolant circulation in the tank CGK-01 CGK-01;
1 set. – cooling system pipeline.

BEER PRODUCED ON BREWERIES FROM COMPANY TECHIMPEX.
The breweries produced by TECHIMPEX produce all types of beer, except non-alcoholic beer, which requires additional equipment. Besides, one type of beer, depending on the proportion of malt and hops, achieves various flavors, as well as the concentration of alcohol from mild beer types containing alcohol of from 3.3-3.8% up to 4.4-5.0% to a sufficiently strong beer containing alcohol of 6-8% and for special request more. For example, with our breweries you are able to produce: IPA (India Pale Ale) and APA (American Pale Ale), Blonde Ales, American Brown Ales, Stouts and Porters, Wheat beer, English Ales, Mexican lager (type Corona), European beers etc.. DELIVERY OF THE MINIBREWERY:
Not included in the cost of the brewery. For transportation of the brewery BlonderBeer. Type N 1500 l needed 3 trucks with tent-trailers (trailer length: 13.6 m, width: 2.43 m and height: not less than 2.95 m). Company TECHIMPEX can arrange the transportation of the brewery to your company for additional payment on CPT or CIP terms. We will be able to calculate the transportation cost once you will notify the city and country where to deliver the brewery.

INSTALLATION AND LAUNCHING OF THE MINIBREWERY:
Installation and launching the minibrewery BlonderBeer. Type N 1500 l is carried by trained team of company TECHIMPEX in 10-12 calendar days.
NOTE: Installation and launching are included in the price of the brewery.

OPERATING THE MINIBREWERY:
For operating the minibrewery BlonderBeer. Type N 1500 l four persons are needed:
- two brewers;
- two maintenance workers.

STAFF TRAINING:
OPTION 1.
Company TECHIMPEX will send its experienced brew master for a period of 21 calendar days to your company after the installation and launching of your microbrewery for thorough training of your brewer to operate and service of the brewery.
NOTE: This option is included in price of the mini brewery.
OPTION 2.
Company TECHIMPEX has a possibility to send its experienced brew master for a period from 2 to 6 months to your microbrewery enterprise, after it is launched, for more in-depth staff training. The cost of this service is 3500 euros per month, return tickets, accommodation and food for the brew master of the company TECHIMPEX.

BRIEF INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT
Conditions of payment:
         - 40% - advance payment;
         - 60% - after the preparation of the equipment for shipment.
Type of payment: bank transfer.
Terms of delivery: FCA warehouse of TECHIMPEX (can be delivered on terms CPT or CIP Buyer's warehouse).
Delivery time after receiving an advance payment: 80 calendar days.
Installation time: 10-12 calendar days.
Warranty: 12 months (under separate arrangement 24-36-48-60 months).
Post-warranty service.

CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRIC POWER BY THE BREWERY EQUIPMENT
OPTION 1. MAIN SOURCE - ELECTRICITY:
  - electricity consumption during brewing: 614-634 kWh/day (6 days / week)
    work mode: 2 brews per week – 3 days per week = 9.000 l of beer per week = 1842-1902 kWh / week;
  - electricity consumption during standstill of the brewery: 210-215 kWh / day;
  - total electric power needed for the brewery: 99 kW.
OPTION 2. MAIN SOURCE - NATURAL GAS:
  Natural gas heating of mash-brew kettle.
  - natural gas consumption for production of 3000 l of beer: 100 m3
    work mode: 2 brews per week – 3 days per week = 9.000 l of beer per week = 300 m3 of natural gas per week;
  - electricity consumption during brewing: 236-241 kWh / day
  - electricity consumption during standstill of the brewery: 210-215 kWh / day;
  - total electric power needed for the brewery: 60 kW.

NOTE 1:
Customer can make a list of brewery equipment set by himself, using the information about additional equipment included in the documents sent with the offer.

NOTE 2:
The company TECHIMPEX offers high quality malt, hops and yeast for the business partners in a required amount under one-time, short-term and long-term agreements (information available on request).
